Nature of experience:

Experience in retailing/distribution of construction products

Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Achieving the budget & overall management of sales in the region - 40%

Augment sales through introduction of new products - 15%

Augment distribution network and additional commercial channels for retail - 15%

Creation of data base, MIS, competition information - 10%

Define strategy for responsible products in terms of further downstream activities to ensure sustainable growth - manage local resources to ensure all above goals - 20%

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong experience in distribution management and evaluation/appointment of new distributors.
  • Knowledge/experience in retail organization setup and management.
  • Knowledge on Construction products and home fittings markets
  • High level of initiative, assertive and a self-driven professional.
