Job Description

What is the work?

  • Co-ordinating with the development team to ensure the regular deliveries are sent to the client.
  • Doing follow ups with the development team to make sure the work on the project is going as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Doing follow ups with the clients to ensure the project is running and receiving payments as per the agreed terms.
  • Communication with client over emails/call/text to check on the project health.
  • In case there is any internal / external discrepancies then the same need to be escalated further level, well within the time frame.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A Team player having a blend of excellent solution provider.
  • Excellent Written and oral communication skills.
  • Exposure to Direct Client interaction/communication and Project Coordination for International clients.
  • Prior Experience as an account manager/account executive in an IT based organization is preferred.
